Resume: love the format; easy to read. Couple of suggestions:
1) Move your clinical rotation experiences to the bottom of the resume. Employers are going to assume you had the appropriate rotations to graduate from an accredited BSN program.
2) Move your Work Experience up….they will be more interested in this than in your clinical rotations.
3) Consider adding your Citi and IHI certificates as they demonstrate additional knowledge and skills
4) Did you serve on any UNE student committees or athletic programs? What about volunteer experiences? These help reflect your teamwork and leadership abilities, if you have those experience.
Cover letter: a bit too lengthy; look to consolidate where possible, but don’t lose too much information. Just try to provide information that makes the reader want to meet you and learn more….remember, there will be an interview coming as well.
